By accessing KinkyGay, you agree to these Terms and our Content & Safety Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access adult material in your location. We may restrict locations or require additional age or identity checks where law, a payment provider, or risk controls require them. Circumventing an age gate or access restriction is prohibited.

KinkyGay provides fictional AI character, chat, image, audio, video, Studio, discovery, and related features. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or inconsistent. It is not professional, legal, medical, or mental-health advice, and must not be treated as a real person's statement or consent.

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity. Provide accurate information, keep access secure, and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. You may not sell, share, automate abuse of, or impersonate another person through an account.

You retain rights you already hold in prompts, characters, images, and other uploads. You grant us a limited worldwide license to host, process, transform, transmit, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service.

You may upload a real person's face, body, voice, or identifying material only when you have that adult person's explicit permission for the requested use. You must not create sexual deepfakes, nudification, impersonation, or intimate material of a real person without permission. You are responsible for obtaining and retaining necessary rights and consent.

Our Content & Safety Policy is part of these Terms. Prohibited material includes any sexual content involving or depicting minors or age-ambiguous persons; grooming; child sexual abuse material; non-consensual intimate imagery; sexual exploitation or trafficking; sexualized real-person impersonation without permission; bestiality; credible threats; doxxing; extortion; unlawful goods or services; malware; fraud; and infringement of privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Adult BDSM roleplay must remain fictional and consensual. Safewords, withdrawal of consent, or clear out-of-character requests must be respected. Labels such as “fictional” or “AI-generated” do not make otherwise illegal content permissible.

Adult roleplay is designed for private use. Public profiles, character listings, covers, comments, match introductions, and other publicly visible areas may not contain explicit sexual imagery or prohibited content. We may review reported or risk-signaled material, limit visibility, preserve evidence where required, and remove content or accounts.

Prices, credits received, applicable network or provider fees, and the charged asset are shown at checkout. Credits are a limited service entitlement, have no cash value, and are not a bank deposit or cryptocurrency. Unless stated otherwise, credits are non-transferable.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and can incur network fees or exchange-rate movement. Verify the network, token, wallet, and amount before confirming. We may delay crediting while a transaction is unconfirmed, mismatched, suspicious, or under review.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed digital-credit purchases are final. Duplicate, failed, or incorrect payments should be reported with the transaction identifier. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights.

If subscriptions are offered, checkout will disclose price, billing interval, included usage, renewal, and cancellation terms before purchase. Referral and creator programs may have separate eligibility, anti-fraud, verification, minimum-payout, tax, and reversal rules. Displayed balances may be adjusted for fraud, chargebacks, refunds, or accounting errors and are not guaranteed until paid.

Do not upload or publish material you lack the right to use. Rights holders and affected persons may submit a report through Report & Removal. We may request information needed to verify identity, authority, location, or the reported material.

We may restrict or terminate access, remove content, or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people, investigate fraud, satisfy providers, or comply with law. Serious child-safety or non-consensual-intimate-image violations may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, a particular AI output, or compatibility with every wallet or provider. These limits do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, when appropriate, an additional notice.
