Content & Safety Policy
KinkyGay is an adults-only creative service for fictional AI characters and consensual adult roleplay. Private adult expression is permitted only when it is lawful, consensual, and compliant with this policy. “It is fictional” is never an exception for content involving minors or abuse of a real person.
Strictly prohibited
- Any sexual content involving a person under 18, a person presented as under 18, or an age-ambiguous or intentionally young-looking person — including fictional and AI-generated content.
- Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, or attempts to evade age safeguards using euphemisms, roleplay, age progression, or reference images.
- Sexual deepfakes, nudification, or intimate depictions of an identifiable real person without that adult person’s explicit permission.
- Reference images you do not own or have permission to use, including images of strangers, public figures, former partners, or private individuals.
- Sex trafficking, exploitation, prostitution facilitation, incest involving minors, bestiality, or instructions that facilitate sexual abuse or another crime.
- Content celebrating real-world non-consensual sexual conduct, credible threats, severe injury, torture, or death. Fictional adult BDSM must remain clearly consensual and must respect withdrawal of consent and safewords.
- Harassment, doxxing, blackmail, extortion, hate-based abuse, impersonation for fraud, or disclosure of another person’s private information.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights.
Reference-image consent
By uploading an image, you confirm every identifiable person is an adult and that you have authorization to use their likeness for the requested generation. We may remove content, restrict generation, preserve evidence, or suspend accounts when consent or age cannot be established.
Public vs. private
Explicit material may not be posted publicly on profiles, character listings, covers, ads, or other discovery surfaces. Private content remains subject to law and this policy and may be reviewed when reported or when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Report a violation
If content depicts you without permission, appears to involve a minor, or otherwise violates this policy, use our removal process. For immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.
Effective October 3, 2026. This policy supplements the Terms of Service and does not replace applicable law.
